Infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.
Contains defamatory material.
Contains fraudulent information.
Contains deceptive advertising.
Contains misleading claims.
Contains malware or malicious code.
Promotes unlawful activities.
Harasses, threatens, abuses, or exploits individuals.
Violates third-party rights.
Futurify does not pre-screen all content and is under no obligation to monitor user activity.
Futurify may remove, restrict, demonetize, disable, suspend, block, edit, review, or delete any content for any reason or no reason where permitted by law.
Users acknowledge that videos uploaded by other users do not necessarily represent the views, opinions, positions, recommendations, endorsements, or policies of Futurify.

Rankings.

Advertising performance.
Any examples, estimates, statistics, projections, case studies, testimonials, illustrations, demonstrations, success stories, or performance information are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.
Futurify may operate donation, charitable, community-support, assistance, sponsorship, funding, aid, grant, relief, welfare, or social-impact programmes under the Smile programme or similar initiatives.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Futurify and its owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, licensors, vendors, suppliers, advertisers, service providers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, fines, judgments, settlements, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising out of or related to:

This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
Futurify may suspend, restrict, remove, disable, limit, block, terminate, or permanently ban any account, listing, advertisement, vendor profile, affiliate profile, influencer profile, music upload, video upload, donation request, grant application, reward balance, coupon, or service access where permitted by law.
Reasons may include:
Suspected fraud.
Abuse.
Security concerns.
Intellectual property complaints.
Legal compliance.
Violations of these Terms.
Harmful conduct.
Operational requirements.
No compensation shall be owed for actions taken under this section except where required by law.
Futurify shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, failures, losses, or damages resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including:

No service is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in a user’s jurisdiction, those rights remain unaffected.
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, users agree to attempt to resolve disputes by contacting Futurify and providing reasonable details regarding the dispute.
The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through informal discussions before initiating court proceedings.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, invalid, or unlawful, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by Futurify to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any right or provision.

Users may not assign their rights or obligations without prior written consent.
These Terms, together with any policies, notices, guidelines, disclosures, agreements, and legal documents published by Futurify, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the Platform.
