ListenCore respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with applicable copyright laws.

2. Reporting Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without authorization, you may submit a takedown request.

3. Required Information

A valid request must include:

• Your full legal name

• Contact email address

• Identification of the copyrighted work

• URL or clear identification of the infringing content

• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized

• A statement that the information is accurate

• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Review & Removal

Upon receipt of a valid request, we will review and may remove or disable access to the content within a reasonable timeframe.

5. No Admission

Removal of content does not constitute an admission of liability or wrongdoing.

The existence of paid uploads or advertising does not affect takedown eligibility or copyright enforcement.

6. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have access permanently restricted.

7. Misuse of Takedown Requests

Submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal consequences.
