Terms and Conditions for Giveaway (“Giveaway Terms”)
1. Organizer
The Giveaway is organized by CHOOSE from FUTURIFY (“Organizer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Eligibility
• Entry is strictly open only to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of the Organizer or its partners, subsidiaries, or affiliates are categorically ineligible to participate.
• Participants must comply fully with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry & Participation
• By entering the Giveaway, participants unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Entries must be submitted exactly as instructed on the official Giveaway page.
• Each entry requires a valid, cleared payment of £0.93 (or the specified amount) via Stripe or other authorized payment methods.
• Only verified, successful payments will be accepted as valid entries.
• Multiple entries from a single participant are permitted only if explicitly authorized; otherwise, only one entry per participant will be accepted.
• The Organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, or suspected to be fraudulent or made in bad faith.
4. Prize Details & Substitution
• Prizes will be awarded as described on the Giveaway page.
• In the event that the total funds raised from entries are insufficient to fully cover the advertised prize(s), the Organizer expressly reserves the unilateral right to substitute the prize(s) with alternative prizes of equal or lesser value, or, at the Organizer’s sole discretion, an equivalent cash amount.
• No participant shall be entitled to receive any prize exceeding the total amount actually raised for that prize category.
• Prize images, descriptions, and specifications are for illustrative purposes only and may differ materially from the actual prizes awarded.
• The Organizer reserves the right to change the prize supplier or delivery method without prior notice.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services, except as explicitly stated.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
• Winners will be selected fairly, randomly, or by another method clearly specified by the Organizer.
• Winners will be notified using the contact information provided during entry within [specified timeframe, e.g., 7 days] following the draw.
• If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated timeframe, or is disqualified for any reason, the Organizer reserves the irrevocable right to select an alternative winner.

• Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.
6. Taxes & Costs

• The Organizer shall bear no responsibility for any expenses or obligations beyond the stated prize.
• Participants acknowledge that any such tax liabilities are their sole responsibility and agree to indemnify the Organizer accordingly.
7. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer expressly disclaims and excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
• The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, fraud, unauthorized access, or other issues that may affect entries or the Giveaway process.
• The Giveaway and all associated materials are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
8. Fraud, Misconduct & Disqualification
• The Organizer retains the absolute right to disqualify any participant suspected or found to be engaged in fraud, cheating, abuse, violation of these Terms, or any unlawful or unethical conduct.
• Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the Giveaway process, interfere with entries, or otherwise undermine the fairness of the Giveaway will result in immediate disqualification and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
• Participants agree to fully cooperate with any investigation conducted by the Organizer.
• The Organizer reserves the right to void any entries or prizes where fraud or misconduct is detected.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
• Personal data collected during entry will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, including winner selection and notification.

11. Changes & Cancellation

• In the event of cancellation, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative prizes or refunds.
• The Organizer will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such modification, suspension, or cancellation.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

14. No Endorsement
• The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Stripe, Apple, Mercedes, BMW, or any other brand or company unless explicitly stated.
• All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
15. Additional Provisions
• Participants acknowledge that winning is based entirely on chance and that no guarantee or promise of winning is implied or made.
• The Organizer reserves the exclusive right to substitute prizes at its sole discretion.
• Winners consent to the use of their names, images, and likenesses for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway unless prohibited by law.
• The Organizer shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.
• The Organizer does not accept any responsibility for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party suppliers or delivery services.
16. Refunds & Complaints
• Payments made for entries are non-refundable under any circumstances, including if the participant does not win.
• In the event of any complaints or disputes, participants agree to contact the Organizer first and attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
• If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with the Governing Law and Jurisdiction clause above.
• Participants agree not to initiate any legal proceedings without first exhausting all dispute resolution avenues offered by the Organizer.
17. Fraud Prevention & Security
• The Organizer employs reasonable measures to detect and prevent fraudulent entries and activity.
• Participants found attempting to circumvent entry restrictions or manipulate the Giveaway outcome will be disqualified and may face legal action.
• The Organizer reserves the right to share information with law enforcement agencies in cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity.
18. Force Majeure
The Organizer shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Giveaway shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation or mediation. The Organizer will use reasonable efforts to deliver prizes within a reasonable time frame but shall not be liable for any delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.
25. Tax Withholding Authorization
Winners authorize the Organizer to withhold any taxes or fees as required by law and to report prizes to tax authorities where applicable.
26. Limitation of Publicity Rights
