By accessing or using ListenCore (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
ListenCore is a user-generated content platform.
We do not upload, create, own, verify, endorse, or control any music, audio, or images submitted by users.
By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
You own all rights to the content or
You have explicit permission or licenses to upload and distribute it
You retain ownership of your content but grant ListenCore a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute the content solely for platform operation.
We do not actively monitor or pre-approve uploaded content. We are not responsible for user submissions.
Users may not upload content that:
Infringes copyright or trademarks
Violates privacy or publicity rights
Is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading
Contains malware or harmful code
Counts statistics some displayed on the Platform are provided for demonstration and engagement purposes only and do not represent verified, unique, or monetized.
ListenCore may generate revenue through:
Paid content uploads
Advertising and promotional placements
Other lawful monetization methods
Payment of upload fees does not transfer ownership, does not guarantee exposure, and does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
All fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of content performance, removal, takedown requests, or account termination.
ListenCore may display advertisements alongside user-uploaded content.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Advertisements may appear before, during, or after playback
ListenCore is not required to share advertising revenue
Displaying ads does not constitute commercial exploitation of user content
No royalties, compensation, or revenue participation are owed
Use of the Platform does not create:
A business partnership
A joint venture
A fiduciary relationship
ListenCore is a hosting and discovery platform only.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
We may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate these Terms or applicable laws.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListenCore shall not be liable for:
User-uploaded content
Data loss
Copyright claims
Service interruptions
Indirect or consequential damages
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ListenCore from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your content or misuse of the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
