1. Order Cancellations

  • We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

2. Returns & Refunds

Eligible Returns

  • ✅ The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • ✅ The item received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or product).
  • ✅ The item does not match the description on our website.

Non-Returnable Items

  • ❌ Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, no longer needed).
  • ❌ Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • ❌ Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

3. Reporting an Issue

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number.
  • Photos or videos of the issue.

Ensure that you provide the required details so we can quickly assist you.

4. Refund Options

  • Full refund to your original payment method (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
  • Partial refund if the item has minor defects but is still usable.
  • Replacement (if available) at no extra cost.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

  • If an order hasn’t arrived within 45 days, we will issue a full refund.
  • If the tracking shows "delivered" but the package is missing, please contact your local courier.
